Free shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders to the UK and the US. There are no hidden fees — the price you see is the price you pay.
Delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of purchase. Delivery times are estimated from dispatch: UK 5–8 working days, US 5–12 working days.
Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a dispatch notification with tracking details where available.
Delays & missing parcels
Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by customs or carrier delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact support@gloradiant.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
International orders
Orders outside the UK and US are not currently available. Any customs duties or import taxes that may apply to US orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
